Frame guardrail net installation plan:
1. The foundation is cast on site, and the foundation pit is excavated manually. The rock part that cannot be excavated manually uses a pneumatic pick or air gun to make shallow holes.
2. The excavation slope of the foundation pit depends on the ground. Before installing the concrete foundation, it is necessary to check whether the foundation pit size is appropriate, the plane position, and the flatness and density of the ground, and then carry out the foundation construction.
3 Foundation pouring: Before pouring concrete, the foundation pit is inspected. The inspection contents are: ① Whether the plane position and elevation of the base meet the requirements of the specification. ② Whether the soil of the base meets the requirements of the specification. ③ Whether there is water accumulation, debris, loose soil, and whether the foundation pit has been cleaned up.
4. Foundation concrete pouring
After the foundation pit is excavated, the concrete foundation should be poured as soon as possible. When pouring the foundation, its position, stability and elevation should be guaranteed: the size of the column concrete foundation is 300mm*300mm*400mm
5. Construction method of metal guardrail net column. After the column is made, it is installed according to the foundation construction situation
Generally, secondary pouring is adopted. First, the reserved holes for secondary pouring are made on the foundation. The size of the reserved holes depends on the diameter of the column. It is generally 15-25mm larger than the diameter of the column and used for secondary pouring.
6. Construction method of metal guardrail net mesh: According to the requirements, the foundation and column are constructed, and then the mesh is installed. The construction project is based on the principle of straight lines, and at the same time, the uneven terrain should be made into a straight flat slope or inclined drape as much as possible, so that there will not be too much ups and downs in the structure.
